I didn’t get anything, those seem like kinda high increases for one year. Am I wrong, or is that more than usual?

#3

No, it’s actually lower than usual .

Last year, BCV went up 4.2%.

#4

I just added AKV and VWL!

#5

I understand each resort is different but on ‘average’ how many points is it for a week stay at say…AKV.

#6

There are so many variables in your question. time of year, size of the room etc… The DVC website should provide an interactive site. You put in the travel dates room options etc … You can PM me if you want specific info and I will try to help.

#7

I found the DVC website and it kind of explains it more…thanks!

#8

These increases are AMAZINGLY low, considering my Starwood Florida timeshare went up 29%!!!

#9

We got our notice in the mail today and our dues are only going to be about $24 more than last year. I don’t think that is a bad increase at all.

#10

I didn’t get mine yet. I did get something in the mail about the annual meeting, but not my bill. (Is that weird of me to want to receive it?)

#11

I called to see about having mine set up as a monthly payment. Between DVC in Feb and Uncle Sam in April …

#12

We like the monthly payment for dues, I think it hurts less that way. Our local property taxes are usually due in November (Don’t ask, they should be due during the summer but it never happens that way.)and then Christmas, follow that with DVC dues and we would really feel it.

Here are the compound annual growth rates in annual dues since inception:

VWL - 4.1%
BCV - 4.0%
AKV - 2.3%

Still waiting on OKW, BWV and SSR…

#14

Added OKW, SSR and BWV dues to the first post.
