Any ideas out there?

For people other than the oldtimers out there I am a
combat wounded combat decorated Vietnam Veteran and
yes I am very proud of that fact. With my wife and two
stepsons I think we have 10-12 trips over the years at
WDW. A lot of those included stays at SOG which we have
enjoyed very much. Using their discount tickets was always
a good bet for saving a few bucks. And now I am getting ready
to make reservations at the end of this month for a trip
in June of 2016 not for the four of us but for 12 people!
Yes Uncle Frank is taking eight adults and four kids for
seven days. So bottom line are there any other ways I can save
money on tickets? Any other military discounts that are better
than SOG? Or other than military? Any help would be appreciated.
I thank you kindly

Things may have changed, but my “Navy” cousin family couldn’t do any better than the military discount for tickets and hotel room at SOG last visit…they compared a couple different discounts. At least you have plenty of time to check out all possibilities…

Sorry I am of now help. But I would like to say thank you for your service to our country. From seeing my father when he was alive I know for a fact that the saying “some gave all but all gave some” is very true. And we can never say thank you enough for any sacrifices made by our military.

I think your right SW it will be tough to beat SOG
prices. We are lucky to have them both for tickets
and rooms. Plenty of time…
And Zoo thanks. I toot my own horn on occasion but
its hard to imagine how many veterans in how many
wars have lost so much more for our country. I am in
awe of all of them. What would those men and women
think of a veteran like me who has a chance to go to
a place like Disney…very lucky

Hey old man…long time!

SoG is usually the cheapest. There are 3 bedroom units at DVC resorts that sleep 12 and renting points is generally WAY cheaper than WDW prices. DVC has units from studio to 2k sf home away from home.
