Family Magic Tour

#1

Has anyone ever done this? It sounds like it would be a lot of fun when our kids get a couple years older.

Disney’s Family Magic Tour invites Guests to join their family and friends on a 2.5-hour guided interactive quest to save Magic Kingdom Theme Park from the dastardly plans of a Disney Villain.

Your tour guide needs your help—and your knowledge of Disney trivia—as your tour group searches high and low for clues in this adventure through Magic Kingdom Theme Park. Unlike most tours, your party will play an active role in the experience as you put on your detective hat, follow tricky clues, solve diabolical puzzles and engage in a lively scavenger hunt.

If you manage to foil the plans of the forces of mayhem and save Magic Kingdom Theme Park, you will be treated to a very special surprise.

Adults and children of all ages will enjoy Disney’s Family Magic Tour. Be sure to bring your camera to capture some unique memories.

Magic Kingdom Theme Park admission is required and is not included in the price of the tour. Please keep in mind that Disney’s Family Magic Tour is an outdoor tour, so be sure to check the weather report and dress appropriately.

We’ve done it twice and had a blast both times. My son was maybe 7 and 9, not too old yet not too young.

I’m interested in hearing opinions on this too. This sounds fun.

I’ve taken other ‘behind the scenes’ tours, which were terrific. I have not done this one. I would love to hear more details from folks who actually have been on this specific tour…

We did it and had a ball!!!

If you have the time, it is well worth it. I don’t want to say too much to give anything away, but you will laugh, sing, dance and have a blast.

DS was 9 at the time and he was going through a “I am too cool for this” phase, but DH and I had so much fun.

it is really fun, but you have to be willing to have fun!.. If you are not into a tiny-tiny bit of “audience participation”… Your trip will be fun, but not as much fun as if you are willing to act like a kid. It was great for my 3 year old- she was really into it, and she loved the ending… If you want specifics, pm me.
