I don’t really know what “Signature” means—and if it has something to do with a dining plan, that would explain why I don’t…but anyway…

Bongo’s Cuban Cafe in DTD—Nice music–huge portions–and it is a nice change to Steak and such…not entirely authentic but close…(and we are a Cuban family)

Sit Down–Marrakesh in Morroco—always a walk-in even for dinner—good food and fun
Liberty Tree Inn–MK—good homecooked comfort food

Counter-Pecos Bill Barbeque or Columbia Harbour House

Dole Whip for snack—

Best Breakfast—Beignets at the POFQ Foodcourt

Not much of a foodie, but we really like:

50s Prime Time, if I am there by myself I will even go sit at the bar and have the meatloaf and a scotch

The food court in the Land pavilion, killer A/C and a nice place to unwind a little

La Cantina de San Angel - right outside of the pyramid in EPCOT, a great place to sip cocktails and watch the fireworks

That’s about it, of course we end up in Comic Rays, pretty much every time we go, but that is just cheap and quick

Oh ya and of course you have to have a DOLE WHIP
