That is just OOC. I think you definately have more than I do but I need those display cases you showed me last night. I think those are a good display solution.

#3

PS: I should also mention that a couple months ago the Verizon dude, remember when I was having internet problems, was caught just staring at them while he waited for some test to load on my desktop. He had this look on his face of complete confusion; like “what in the world? WHY in the…” :pinch:

#4

WAIT, are you a geekasaurus who has them organized by series too? omg.

#5

No they are not completely separated by series…

Very cool! I’m secretly hoping that my doesn’t get too many of these. They are cute but pins are easier to store.

How many extras/doubles do you have? Or did you buy them by set? Nate only has 10 or so but has three purple ones, it’s too much money to have three of one kind.

#7

Close enough. OK, I’ll just shut my mouth right now before I really tick you off for today.:heart:

I did have quite a few doubles but between eBay and trading on vinylnation.net i only have 2 left.

Here are links to pictures of the 2 doubles i have. If you want either of them, i will trade for a purple one.

May I ask you where can you purchase these at the WDW? Thanks

#10

Many places. We bought them at Mouse Gears and the Art of Disney Store at Epcot but saw them several other places.

#11

How much do they run? They must be a new thing in the last couple of years, I haven’t seen them till now. Kind of cute not sure what I would do with one… let alone tons. LOL I think my dh would have me find a new home for myself and them.

#12

They are new this year…

They mostly run $9.95 for the 3" ones, I am not really sure how much the 9" cost. But they have special event versions that cost $12.95.

You can buy them at the disneystore.com as well.

#13

Those are seriously cute and I imagine they would look fantastic on my desk! I definatly think Im going to need more spending money next trip, between these, pins, clothes, cells and jewelry I might just need a few extra dollars lol

Just got an e-mail from disneystore.com for year end sale. There were a whole bunch of them on sale.

When I bought my first ones for the boys at AK, the cm told me if they get duplicates, to bring them to any store that sells them, and the cm’s will have ones to trade, just like pin trading. Not sure if that’s true now, but she did point out behind the cash register what ones are available for trade.

#16

I was told this too, but we tried during our Christmas trip and all we got was this:  No one knew a thing about it?? ALTHOUGH, there was the first ever trading event held at the Contemporary that same week.

Great collection! They are addicting for sure . . . my girls have about 8 each and now love them more then the pin collecting. I heard that Joanne’s has perfect cases for them, they run about $20. At WDW the display cases are $80! :pinch:

Wow! That’s an impressive collection Brandon. I’m still hung up on only getting the ones I like and I still haven’t figured out how to do that.

Your collection is really nice.
