O'hana and Wishes viewing

#1

we have reservations for 8 at 8pm…are we going to be able to view Wishes from O’hana or do I need to make a special request?

There’s not a lot of seating along that wall of windows, so you’ll want to get there early and put in a request.

Just ask when you check in, after that its just luck. With a large group it may not be possible, most of the larger parties are seated in the middle of the room.

Whatever you do, you should plan to be finished with your meal about 15 minutes before fireworks and go outside and watch from the beach.
I would not waste my time trying to watch from inside 'Ohana.
Most likely, you wind up like the chicken, boned.

We have watched Wishes happily form a middle-of-the-room table! It was not expected, and so it counted as one of those lovely WDW surprises!

… plus, it made for excellent photographs of the kids at the dinner table! Happy kids with fireworks in the background. Does it get any better?
