Resort Airline Check-In Service Question

#1

Has anyone used the Airline Check-In service for baggage without using ME. Seems like it would be much easier than checking bags in at the airport. Any pros or cons from the peanut gallery?

All pros, no cons. Resort Airline Check-in is a totally separate service from Disney’s Magical Express. As long as you’re a guest at that resort, you are welcome to use RAC whether or not you’re getting a DME bus ride. There are no reservations necessary to use RAC.

One note, RAC is exactly the same as using curbside check-in at the airport. And just like with curbside check-in, it’s appropriate to tip the RAC employees who help you. They are not Disney cast members, they are employees of a subcontractor called BAGS Inc.

Does anyone know if you can use RAC for all flights or is it just for US flights?

Oooh … sorry, domestic flights only.

Our last day we will be scooting down to Hobe Sound for a wedding in the afternoon and then back to the airport for departure. Having the checked bags done with will be a big load off.
