Seriously not happy now

I keep trying to call for ressies for CRT they are not taking CRT ressies, till THRUSDAY they told me…they were only made out till feb. 6th
i keep getting different answers and its upsetting!!
1 person tells me the system is down, another person said CRT didn’t open up more seats…
another person says call back thrusday, SERIOUSLY!!!
another person just told me its def. not going to be today so try tomorrow!!
I got everything but CRT…and this is one i really really want for DD’s 5th bday

i don’t know what to do or to believe!!!
i just keep trying, thats all i can do

Maybe now is the time to ask to speak to a supervisor. Not my usual thing to do, but if you’re getting all those different answers for the same question, it’s time to talk to someone who should know and hopefully doesn’t pull the answer out of a hat

I would agree that it is very annoying to always get different answers. I cannot even blame the CM as Disney seems (at times, so don’t all yell at me) to change things for no other reason than to change things. I believe in Continuous Improvement but come on!:glare:
