You know what stinks?

It stinks that you cannot check in online if you’ve made a reservation through an agency.
I so dislike that official website because I think it should not be too difficult to check in using my name, the resort we’ve booked and the arrival date.
But nooooo, they want a confirmation number that I just don’t have :pinch:

The numbers that the travel agents get is not working in Disney’s reservation system. I have been through that. I actually have my TA’s confirmation number right here. Blah

That’s strange. We got our confirmation number right away from our travel agent and it was the same number on the paper work when we checked in.

You would think that they would make allowances for such a situation. Right?

Good one Tink Fan. It’s going to be awhile before Boss lives that down.

Hey knuckleheads - look at the photo. The REAL danger was that of the photographers. I heard the dolphin tank was inexplicably warm last week.

back to meeeeee… what does a confirmation number look like?
does it have only numbers or does it have letters as well?

The confirmation number will have 8 digits. Older confirmations have just numbers, while some of the newer confirmations will have letters in the second and third places.

You should be able to check in just fine with an agency-booked reservation. Make sure you’re using the “http://mydisneyreservation.com/guest” URL.
